At Mind Arcade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a notification once our warehouse has processed your refund or exchange.
